Digital Arts: Exploring Creativity Through Technology

The Digital Arts program allows youth to discover and develop their creative talents through digital media. Members engage in hands-on projects like photo illustration, graphic design, movie making, animation, and game design. Through this program, participants learn essential skills in technology and creativity while building confidence and self-expression. Youth also have the opportunity to showcase their work in local, regional, and national Digital Arts Festivals, allowing them to celebrate their achievements and inspire others.

Digital Literacy:
Building Essential Technology Skills

In today’s digital age, understanding the basics of technology is crucial for success. Our Digital Literacy program equips Club members with foundational skills that empower them to navigate the digital world with confidence. From online safety and responsible web browsing to typing proficiency and media collaboration, members gain the tools they need to thrive in an increasingly tech-driven world. The program also incorporates educational gaming, making learning both fun and engaging while teaching practical technology skills for future success.

MyFuture:
Building Digital Skills for the Future

MyFuture is an online platform designed to help youth and teens develop critical technology skills. Through interactive, self-paced activities, members can explore areas like coding, game design, digital safety, and more. MyFuture allows participants to earn badges, certifications, and recognition for their achievements, helping prepare them for future careers in a tech-driven world. It also provides a safe, engaging environment where kids can connect with peers, share projects, and participate in virtual events.

NetSmartz:
Online Safety for Kids and Teens

NetSmartz teaches youth essential internet safety skills through age-appropriate, interactive multimedia activities. Developed in collaboration with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, this program helps kids learn how to handle cyberbullying, recognize online threats, and navigate the internet safely. With engaging lessons tailored for different age groups, NetSmartz empowers young people to make smart choices online and protect themselves in today’s digital world.

Robotics: Hands-On STEM Learning with FIRST LEGO League

Kids ages 9-16 can participate in the exciting FIRST LEGO League (FLL) robotics program, which combines engineering, coding, and teamwork. Through building and programming LEGO robots, participants develop problem-solving and critical thinking skills while gaining exposure to real-world science and technology concepts. This program fosters enthusiasm for STEM fields and helps kids build valuable life skills in a fun, interactive environment.
