Kevin previously served as the Unit Director of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City, Breidenthal Unit, where he oversaw daily operations, staff development, and program quality while building strong relationships with youth, families, and community partners. His leadership focuses on developing people, strengthening teams, and creating safe, high-quality environments where both staff and young people can thrive.
