Andy Burczyk

Andy was born on a farm in a small community just north of Milwaukee, where he spent his days picking corn, potatoes, tomatoes, beans, and many other fruits and vegetables. He met his wife, Jackie, in high school. They were married shortly after graduating with degrees in accounting from Marquette University and have been happily married for 41 years. Once you meet her, you realize much of his success is due to Jackie. They have three wonderful children—Nicole, Kimberly, and Drew—who married three great spouses: Shaun, Matthew, and Andrea. They have one amazing grandson, Connor.
Professionally, Andy started his career at Arthur Andersen and, after leading KPMG's audit practice in Kansas City for five years, went to work for CBIZ/Mayer Hoffman McCann. After serving on the firm's Executive Committee for seven years, Andy became President of MHM, a position he held for eight years until his retirement in 2022. Andy enjoys spending time on the lake (boating, surfing, and wakeboarding), traveling with Jackie, golfing, and skiing.
Andy became a Board member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City in 2002 and became involved in its largest fundraiser, Kids Night Out, in 2004. He has been part of the Kansas City Clubs' merger with the Independence and Kansas City, Kansas, Clubs; the building of the Wagner and Breidenthal Units; and the expansion into Olathe. Andy's passion for the Clubs stems from his observation that our community has some great kids and that the consistency of the Clubs in providing positive experiences helps these kids build great futures.
