How do I find out who someone recently followed on Instagram?
Until recently, when viewing the list of "followed" users, they were sorted by date added. Now, the order has changed.

The "Following" list is no longer sorted by date, but by algorithm, so you can't see who someone last followed in the app itself. You can compare manually, but it's slow, inconvenient and doesn't yield any results. It doesn't show when the following was made by date. If you want to see activity without manually checking, use recentlyfollowed which tracks followings and displays new connections in chronological order. It analyzes who someone recently followed, without logging into Instagram and anonymously.
